Abderrahim Oufaina
Founder & Tourguide
Born and raised in Aït Bouguemez, in the heart of Morocco’s High Atlas Mountains, I grew up surrounded by Amazigh culture, mountain traditions and the hospitality that defines our region.
My passion for sharing my country led me to become a tour guide, accompanying travellers through Morocco and introducing them to its landscapes, people and traditions.
Today, I live in Switzerland and founded Morocco Darna to create a bridge between my two homes — combining my deep local knowledge of Morocco with reliable, Swiss-based planning and organisation.
For me, Morocco is not just a destination I guide you through. It is home, and I want to share it with you.

Zakaria Oufaina

With more than 12 years of experience in tourism, Zakaria knows Morocco far beyond the usual travel routes. As an experienced tour guide and travel expert, he combines deep local knowledge with years of practical experience and a genuine passion for sharing his country with travellers from around the world.
From the remote valleys of the High Atlas and the dunes of the Sahara to Morocco’s imperial cities and Atlantic coast, Zakaria knows the country in all its diversity. But for him, guiding is about more than showing beautiful places. It is about helping travellers understand Morocco, meet its people, experience its traditions and discover the stories behind the places they visit.
His experience, local connections and knowledge of the country make him an important part of creating and guiding Morocco Darna journeys.
For Zakaria, the best way to discover Morocco is not simply to see it — but to experience it from within

Brahim Oufaina
Head of Transportation & Professional Driver
Born and raised in Aït Bouguemez in Morocco’s High Atlas Mountains, Brahim is the oldest of the four brothers behind Morocco Darna. With years of experience on Morocco’s roads, he knows the country from north to south — from busy cities and winding mountain passes to remote valleys and desert routes.
As a professional driver and the person responsible for Morocco Darna’s transportation, Brahim makes sure every journey runs safely, comfortably and reliably. He coordinates drivers, oversees the vehicles and ensures that each one is clean, comfortable and carefully prepared before guests begin their journey.
But for Brahim, driving is about much more than getting from one destination to another. The road is an important part of discovering Morocco. His calm manner, local knowledge and experience allow travellers to relax, enjoy the changing landscapes and feel well looked after throughout their journey.
Like his brothers, Brahim grew up with the Amazigh tradition of hospitality and takes pride in welcoming travellers to the country his family calls home.
With Brahim, the journey between places becomes part of the Morocco experience itself.
